To help make your stay at 3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club in South Lake Tahoe as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), make sure you're booking this property in accordance with the destination's local government guidelines, including (but not limited to) the purpose of travel and maximum group size. Please inform 3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pack-and-play infant pens may be available at check-in for a fee of USD 25.00. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Friendly dogs fewer than 60 pounds are welcome, but must be registered in writing at time of check-in. There is a $25 +tax fee per dog per night. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your pet is aggressive in any way, or disturbs the quiet enjoyment of our other guests. Unregistered pets will incur the steep deep cleaning fee of $300. Pets may not be left unattended in the guest rooms. The $300 deep cleaning fee will be also applied if pets are left unattended in the unit. NO CATS or other types of pets are permitted and would incur the deep cleaning fee.
